In CONGRESS™ with Nathans Papers is a series of gatherings, or congresses, that focus on developments in the U.S. Congress. The objective of this program is to increase awareness of the role of specific Congressional committees and their current priorities. The In CONGRESS™ publication complements the content of the meetings by highlighting recent hearings and notable activities.
Program Chair
The In CONGRESS™ congress is chaired by Lynn White. Lynn is a Virginia state licensed attorney with over 20 years' experience conducting policy research, analysis and development. This includes at the state and federal level. She is an avid researcher of the Continental and contemporary Congress and American founding. She is also approved to teach continuing legal education programs on the origins of the Executive Branch of government during the Second Continental Congress.
