This course has previously been accredited by the Florida, Kentucky, Oregon and Virginia state bars.
Balance of Powers - The Fiduciary Rule Odyssey will provide an overview of the interplay between the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial Branch by analyzing the ongoing debate over how to regulate who is considered a fiduciary under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 going back to 2010. This course is accredited by the Florida Bar.
