Books for Congress

 In 1783, a Congressional Committee led by James Madison issued a report on a list of books to be used by Congress as reference materials. The “Books for Congress,” reviews honor the same spirit of Madison’s original Congressional report by recommending high-quality nonfiction reading for policymakers and lifelong learners.
